Andrew-

I'm sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience trying Dimdim. Our recent 5.5 launch, including the myScreen plugin, has been very well received -- I'm surprised to find such a harsh review.

I'd like to talk to you further about what you experienced and delve into why it was different than what most customers have been telling me. Feel free to contact me directly, kevin@dimdim.com.

Thanks!

-k
Kevin Micalizzi, Community Manager
Dimdim Web Conferencing
e: kevin@dimdim.com
twitter: @dimdim
facebook: dimdim.com/facebook

Maybe you caught them on a bad day. I've used Dim Dim 4 times, 3 this year alone, where we actually sold tickets (using Eventbrite) to a series of webinars where we uploaded PowerPoint presentations. It actually worked fine each time. The audio on the recorded versions, I agree, was very uneven. Once it was actually unusable and the other time it was fine (and the other times we didn't record it). But the screen saving service was fine. FYI, we used the conference phone call number and not the microphone or Skype aspect of their service.

Andrew-

Thanks. We do take product issues very seriously. When you have a chance, I would like to better understand what happened. Email or call, which ever is easiest.

Thanks!
